We are MRS Development in Dumont NJ, publisher of CompuDance.  We are providing this Notice to inform you of our practices regarding personally identifiable information that may be collected in the course of providing sales and services to you. 

The Source of Information We May Collect 

We collect by phone conversations, mail, E-Mail, and web site submissions:

·          information that you provide in phone conversations, on order forms, update orders, support requests, download registration forms;

·          application information you provide in order to complete various business, update, and download transactions from the Internet.

The Nature of the Information We May Collect 

The above information may include, but is not necessarily limited to:

·          personal and/or business credit card or banking account information;

·          business and personal names, home and business addresses, home and business phone numbers, e-mail address(es), approximate number of students enrolled in your studio; approximate number of income, expense, and/or payroll transactions completed by your studio at any given time;

·          type of computer equipment used in your home and/or studio.

Why We Collect Such Information 

The above information is collected in order to:

·          complete sales transactions between you and MRS Development;

·          provide you with the necessary software versions for your specific needs;

·          ensure that you receive product support appropriate to your studio’s activity;

·          keep you informed of evolving policies, procedures, updates, fixes, problems, and future plans;

How We Secure Your Information 

·          Credit Card Identification (CID) includes name, credit card number, expiration date, and billing address.  CID is never stored on our web server or cached anywhere in memory related to the web server, or stored on our office computers.

·          Other personal information is stored on our computer and can be accessed only by our employees under management supervision.

·         We never place cookies or any tracking software on your computer when you install any of our products.  We never connect your computer to our web site without your knowledge.

Information Sharing 

·          We never share your personal information with commercial or other third parties for the purpose offering you any additional products or services.  Our customer mailing list is never sold to nor traded with third parties.

·          From time-to-time potential CompuDance customers ask us for references.  They ask us to supply the name(s) and phone number(s) of nearby CompuDance users they might contact for the purpose of obtaining an objective evaluation of the quality of the CompuDance software.  In these cases we may reveal your name, phone number, the year you purchased CompuDance, and whether or not you are current with the latest update.

If you do not wish us to provide your name or name and phone number to potential CompuDance users, you may “opt-out” by sending us an E-Mail with no message, just the subject matter “Opt-Out.”  We will then not provide your name or phone number to anyone. 

Information Integrity

You have the ability, and in fact are encouraged, to update and keep current your personal information.  If your E-Mail or mailing address changes, please let us know.  If you get a new telephone number (or your area code changes), let us know.  We regularly contact all of our user studios several times a year.  That contact is by E-Mail (or "snail mail" if we don't have your E-Mail address).  If our E-Mail or "snail mail" is returned, we no longer attempt to contact you.
