Now What?

1. Read Appendix N. If you do not have the March 5 2007 revised version, click here to download and print it.

2. Get started with your application process. Contact Smart Payment Solutions at: 1-800-320-7258 and ask for Matt Whitaker or Matt Hendricks. Be sure to mention that you are a CompuDance Studio so you get our low, low costs.

3. Work out a strategy for persuading your students/families to enroll with you for the EFT Tuition Payment Option. Let them know that: 1) it will save them time (no more writing out a check each month); 2) it will ensure that they will never have a Late Fee; 3) their child will never again lose that check

You might think about offering them an incentive. Some of our studios are offering anywhere from a 5% discount on tuition to one free class for one month. Because, in the long run, you will save time and money!

4. Print out the EFT Registration Form to give to your students/families. From the CompuDance Main Window, click Income, then 2 EFT Operations. From the EFT Operations Window click Options, then 5 Print EFT Registration Form.
